We had a crazy Thursday.
Aidan was with the babysitter when he got his arm shut in the metro doors.Yes, I said shut, complete with the train moving and then someone pulled the cord to stop the train.
To hear him tell the story is too funny, because when he talks about it he yells.
However, nothing else was funny at all.
It took Jaylee and I forty minutes to actually get to him, only to find him sitting in an ambulance still crying.
He and the babysitters story are completely different. I'm going with the three year old on this one.
All I can say is I'm glad its over, I'm glad nothing is broken and I'm very glad for the help of complete strangers on the train and all of our friends in France.Days like those make me miss summer!
So, needless to say, we had a slow and peaceful weekend.
I did see two great video links, so here's to a good Monday morning giggle.

I am so glad he is okay...someday, when you can breathe again, I would like to know the differences between the stories ;-)
Brandon home???
Thank you for the funny clips...except the Jon Stewart..laugh or cry?
Love to you all,
Carol
He looks exhausted....bet you don't look much better.
Thank the LORD everything turned out okay.
Buses from now on?
poor little guy. that must have been so traumatizing. i would have been crying in the ambulance too. that, or busy beating up my babysitter..... :)
Beating the babysitter does sound good;-)
Carol, she says he was sitting in the chair next to the door...apparently he has elastic arms that I don't know about. Aidan says, "she sitting and me standing up!"
Brandon is home now, thank heavens, but he missed all the excitement by a few days.
Oh, I just read your comment. "me standing", what the hell!!! I may have to loan you Roxy!! So, glad he wasn't seriously hurt.
