Me and My Butcher.

I got the skin!

I had to send my trilingual friend in and it took two trips, but he finally released the skin of a chicken. Before doing so he needed to know why, because no one had ever complained of one of his turkeys turning out dry before. So, he sent her out the door and back to me for an answer.

Butter of course! I need the skin to rub butter and herbs under.

To, which he thought was not a bad idea, so he handed over the skin.

I think he would have been proud.
